Healthy Minds

Hunter’s Bar Junior School are currently participating in the Healthy Minds project – a city-wide scheme that aims to promote better links between Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and education, in order to better promote emotional wellbeing and early recognition of mental health difficulties. On this page, you can find information and resources relating to our involvement in this project.

Autumn Half-term 1 - Sleep
This half term we will be focusing on sleep as an important aspect of our wellbeing. A parent workshop will be run by MAST (multi-agency support team) on Monday 20th September 6-7pm to provide parents with some basic information about supporting your children with good sleep routines, as well as information about how to access further support from the team at MAST. The Zoom link for the session has been sent out in a previous email.
